I finished musing on
it only this morning in the Bathcave: Why do couples discover the
"worst" of each other only after the wedding?
Of course it’s not wholly true and I don’t know how true it is, but there is truth… <watched Kasal, Kasali, Kasalo prior to a serious consideration of it… =’) and now I’m MisSing Someone =’,>
Well, the answer is
simple: Fear.
Primarily, Fear of
being left behind. (And I capitalized ‘Fear’ because it almost acts as if it’s
someone so strong and has the ability to dictate what we do, which is usually
to make us run away.)
How do you defeat
that?
Trust (in both of you and in your "Faith"), willingness to change, and
commitment to help each other.
